How many bats do I need?
A 12 piece set works well around a mirror, window or doorway. Choose 24 bats for a staircase or wider wall, and 36 or more for a dramatic full wall or multi zone display. Final coverage depends on how tightly or loosely you arrange the swarm.
Do the bats come in different sizes?
Yes. Each 12 piece set includes five different sizes, ranging from approximately 12.7 cm to 30.5 cm wide. Mixing the sizes helps create a more natural looking flight path with depth and movement.
Will the adhesive damage my wall?
Results can vary depending on the paint, surface condition and length of use. Apply the bats only to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Test one adhesive pad in a hidden area first, then remove it slowly rather than pulling it straight away from the wall.
Can I use them outdoors?
They are best used indoors or in a dry, covered area such as a sheltered porch. Keep the bats and battery units protected from rain, direct water and excessive moisture.
What batteries do they use?
Each LED unit uses replaceable LR41 button cell batteries. A fresh set provides approximately 48 hours of continuous illumination, although actual runtime may vary depending on battery quality and operating conditions.
Can I reuse them next Halloween?
Yes. Remove them carefully, replace the batteries when needed and store the bats flat in a clean, dry place. Fresh adhesive pads may be needed for the next installation, especially after extended use.
